Eindelijk ontdekt: het SCP maakt kennis met Particuliere Initiatieven Vice Versa In november 2012 verscheen het rapport 'Particuliere Initiatieven in Ontwikkelingssamenwerking' van het Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau.
